What Happens When You Walk Into the Room?
Got 3 Minutes? Your presence speaks—make sure it’s saying the right thing.

What Is Honor, Really?
Honor isn’t flattery.
It’s not fake compliments or polite gestures.
Honor is recognizing the value God has placed in someone and treating them accordingly.
It’s choosing to elevate others with your words, tone, and actions—even when they don’t deserve it.
It looks like listening without interrupting, serving without being noticed, and celebrating without comparison.
In a culture that idolizes self and shrinks others to feel significant, honor flips the script.
“Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.”
This isn’t passive language. Paul’s urging us to compete to out-honor each other—to create a community where people feel seen, respected, and loved because of how we treat them. Imagine how different the culture at your job, in your home, or in your church could be if everyone lived like that.
Ask Yourself:
When I walk into a room, am I looking to be noticed or to notice others?
Who in my life have I overlooked or undervalued lately?
What would it look like to practice quiet acts of honor this week?
Call to Action:
Practice The 3-Honor Habit every day this week:
Pause before entering a space.
Ask: Who can I serve, elevate, or encourage here?
Act on it—even in a small, unseen way.
