Is the Noise Worth the Burnout?
Got 3 minutes? Let’s reclaim your peace.

Noisy to match the inside…
The average person touches their phone over 2,600 times a day. We scroll while we wait, tap through noise, and fill our minds with endless updates—and then wonder why we’re exhausted, anxious, or spiritually dry.
But constant input doesn’t lead to clarity. It leads to confusion, comparison, and burnout. We weren’t created to consume everything. We were created to know Him.
“Be still and know that I am God.”
That’s not just a sweet verse—it’s a survival strategy for our noisy world. Stillness is where we recalibrate. It’s where we rediscover God’s presence, peace, and perspective.
This week, it’s time to cut the clutter. If you’re feeling burned out, distracted, or spiritually scattered, here’s your invitation: Clear the noise. Reclaim your focus. Protect your peace.
Ask Yourself:
What noise in my life is drowning out God’s voice?
Is my screen time helping or hindering my spiritual and emotional health?
What could stillness make space for in my relationship with God and others?
Call to Action:
Try a 24-hour digital fast. Turn off social media, mute the noise, and just be.
Do a scroll audit. Check your screen time and ask: “Is this feeding my soul—or just stealing my attention?”
For premium subscribers, we have “LESS NOISE, MORE PEACE: A 7-Day Reset for Your Soul”
One Step at a Time.
