Is That Conflict... Actually a Spiritual Attack?
Got 3 Minutes? Not every fight is what it seems—some are spiritual in disguise.

We often think of spiritual warfare as something dramatic—temptation, crisis, or attack. But more often, the enemy shows up in subtler ways: unspoken tension in your marriage, isolation from your church family, bitterness toward a coworker.
Here’s the truth: spiritual attacks often come disguised as relational division.
That’s why Paul’s call to “put on the full armor of God” (Ephesians 6:10–20) wasn’t meant to be a solo mission. The armor is personal—but the battle is collective. God designed you to fight together.
You don’t just need your shield. You need a unit. A circle. A crew. People who are locking arms with you in prayer, accountability, and faith.
The Team Shield Principle
Identify 2–3 people who walk with you spiritually
Commit to pray for each other and check in weekly
Don’t just wear your armor—link shields
This isn’t just for the hard days. It’s for every day. When you know someone’s got your back, you walk stronger into the fight.
Ask Yourself:
Am I fighting the person—or is there a deeper battle I’m not seeing?
Have I prayed about this tension as much as I’ve thought or talked about it?
Who do I need to link shields with instead of pulling away from?
Call to Action:
Text your spiritual unit today: Let them know you’re standing with them, and ask how you can pray for one specific area in their life.
