Is It Too Late to Get Back on Track?

Life isn’t “clean”…but something beautiful can come out of it…
Let’s be honest—by May, most of us aren’t where we hoped we’d be spiritually. The goals we made in January to pray more, read Scripture daily, or journal consistently might feel distant now. Life got full. We got distracted. And if we’re not careful, shame starts whispering, “You blew it. Why even try again?”
But here’s the truth: God never asked us to be perfect—He invites us to return.
“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”
New mercies. Every morning. That includes this one.
You don’t need to overhaul your entire life this week. You just need to rebuild the rhythm—one small step at a time. Maybe that means setting a 5-minute timer to pray. Or reading one Psalm a day. Or writing down one thing you're grateful for. Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Start small. Start again.
This isn’t about proving your worth to God—it’s about reconnecting with the One who’s never left.
Ask Yourself:
What simple habit could help me reconnect with God this week?
Am I carrying shame for slipping—or grace for starting again?
What’s one rhythm I can rebuild that will bring peace to my daily life?

The 3-Minute Morning Start: Before you scroll or start your day, spend 3 minutes in quiet:
1 minute in silence (breathe, be still)
1 minute reading a Psalm or verse
1 minute praying honestly (no filter)
One Faith Check-In: Pick one person this week (friend, spouse, mentor) and ask: “How’s your walk with God really going?” Then share how you’re trying to reset too.
