One way to stay connected to Him is by taking small moments during your day to refocus—whether it’s a quick prayer, a deep breath, or just acknowledging God’s presence in a hectic moment. These little actions create space for the Holy Spirit to move in your life, bringing a sense of purpose and calm to your day-to-day experiences.

What are some ways I can invite the Holy Spirit into my everyday routine?

How can being more aware of God’s presence bring balance and purpose to my life?
