The Trap of Following Your Feelings

Let’s be real — feelings aren’t always reliable. One day you’re fired up; the next you’re in a funk. And if you let those emotions call the shots, you’ll end up in places you never intended. How many times have we made a decision in the heat of the moment that we regretted later? That angry text. Skipping prayer. Choosing comfort over character. It adds up. Feelings make a great check engine light—but a terrible steering wheel.

Standards That Anchor Your Life
That’s not emotion talking. That’s a man planting a flag. Joshua didn’t wait for perfect conditions—he chose a standard that guided his leadership, his home, and his legacy.
